gitzo g2227 tripod

Would anyone know where I could get parts or service for the Gitzo carbon fiber 2227 tripod. Please don't tell me Bogen Imaging, because I've had it with them.

Thanks for the info Don. The problem with the gitzo 2227 carbon fiber tripod is the legs has this lever locking device, which locks the legs at any angle, instead of the pull out tabs on other gitzos.
the locking lever I believe is a poor design, made of some hardened plastic type material not metal. This is very brittle material and breaks easy, at least for me it does. I'm probably the only one that has had this problem I suppose.
I managed to get a hold of Bogen imaging to get this part ordered. I got it in 2 days. Its getting ahold of Bogen thats the frustrating part.
