Hello this lens I bought yesterday by antiquarian ...
But neither he nor I know exactly what this lens is and what it is ...
Neither the name nor the brand or features.
Please who understands and can help to write ...
The metal ring to focus an inscription: CINDO-VEKA
Thank you so much.

These are common. This lens was on an old projector that was used for glass slides. It appears that the threaded area for attachment would have been where you see some solder. The threaded area is broken off or removed for some reason. It is likely about 5 inch focus and also a petzval type.

If I read the pencil inscription correctly, it's 25cm (250mm or close to 10") focal length. Have fun with the lens!

They are very often nameless, coverage will likely be poor. I have one of a similar size and it's about 5" (12.5cm) FL they don't usually cover 5x4 at infinity as they are designed for Lantern slides (3¼"x3¼" - approx 8x8 cm) as Jim has pointed out.

A 10" Petzval is considerably larger. If it is around 5" (12.5cm) FL you'd get a circular image area on a 5x4 camera at Infinity, about 4" diameter with mine.
