Good 5 Micron Filters for Older Leedal Housings?

The last of my 5-micron water filters are just about done...and I've forgotten where I purchased my last batch to fit my old reliable Leedal "Filterall" hot and cold filter housings.

Can anyone recommend something reliable (that does not degrade with use), plus a good source? Thanks!!
