Da Vinci spent 40 years for mona lisa because each spatial paint layer took 1 years to dry.
I saw someone made platin prints on glass plates and stacked them , for each change of light , print changes completely.
I thought there is a need for more layers , less interaction with glass or film .
I thought it would be possible to replicate delicate layers of mona lisa by selecting thinnest printer film and for 20 of films , there could be 40 layers.
Printing from that negative , spending countless time to manage the layers or watching the positive on light table would be much fun.
Sometimes complicating the things is amazing anmd matchless.
