Where can I acquire Kodak 2D 8x10 lensboards - new, or reproductions, or second hand? Thanks.

Richard Ritter www.lg4mat.net (http://www.lg4mat.net) he has them new and will drill to fit your lens. He also has boards for most other wooden camera in stock and/or will make to fit. These are not the ply wood board that sometime warp.
You can make your own lens boards easily if you have any door skins laying around. (~ 1/8" thick) I take two layers of door skin panels (Usually mahogany), glue them together, cut to fit the opening, cut a rabbit to fit for thickness. Next I cut the hole for the lens and if needed cut a rabbit to accomodate the retaining ring. You might only need one layer of door skin depending on your lens and needs.
For my 14 x 17, I veneered the board with walnut to match the camera.
