Photographic Dye Ink or UltraChrome on Epson 7600

Hi All. I am considering getting an Epson 7600 printer. Will be using for b&w fine art prints. What are the pros and cons of the Photographic Dye Ink system versus the Epson UltraChrome Ink?

Besides just considering the dye/pigment debate, you should also consider the color/grayscale inkset debate.
