Has anybody seen or heard about these before?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xhasselblad+adapter+arca&_nkw=hasselblad+adapter+arca&_sacat=0

I'm quite interested in getting some sort of 6x6 thing going on my 6x9 Arca Swiss (I really like the GEPE slide mounts, and even the 6x7 mounts are impossible to find, it seems). The only other option for 6x6 is finding a 6x6 rollfilm back for a Mamiya RZ, and they're about as easy to find as the GEPE 6x7 mounts.

Or would the Jeiying be strictly for digital backs?

I see that the exact item I need is being sold by BH. However the $750 price tag isn't very appealing.

Thanks in advance.

I've had a look at the B&H one. It lacks a transport, so must be for digi-backs I guess. I can't see any sort of transport mechanism on the Jeiying... so...???

Crazy and ignored, pardon my ignorance. Does your AS have an international back? If so it will mount a Graflex 12 exposure roll holder as made to fit 2x3 Graphics with Graflok backs. Much less expensive than a Hasselblad roll holder plus adapter, if an adapter exists.

The last model is the RH-12, the earlier one is the Graflex 22. Here are a few:

This one's correct: http://www.ebay.com/itm/GRAFLEX-120-6X6-ROLL-HOLDER-/161508015094?pt=US_Film_Backs_Holders&hash=item259aa0bbf6

This one has a 6x6 carriage in a 6x9 shell, bad news: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Graflex-22-Graphic-6x6-120-Roll-Film-Back-for-2x3-Cameras-/291321374177?pt=US_Film_Backs_Holders&hash=item43d41b65e1

This one's correct: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-22-Graphic-Graflex-120-Roll-Film-Back-Holder-6x6-/111555998932?pt=US_Film_Backs_Holders&hash=item19f94174d4

RH-12s are supposed to be better 'cos they have pin rollers for improved film flatness at each end of the gate. If you're patient you'll find one.

Oh, yeah, you don't want an RZ roll holder, there are interlock issues on other cameras. You want an early RB roll holder. These roll holders fit international/Graflok backs.

Thanks for the info, Dan.

Right now, I have the # 080002 roll film holder adapter for Arca Swiss, Horseman and Mamiya RB (that's the description given in the Arca Swiss catalogue).

I see there are a few of these RH-12's around, but I assume I would need one without the wide flange for the 4x5's.

Right. You need one to fit a 2x3 Graphic.

You could, of course, shoot nominal 6x9 (actually 2.25" x 3.25" give or take a little) or nominal 6x7 (actual 2.25" x 2.75") and crop to nominal 6x6 (2.25" x 2.25").

Are you in the USA? Gepe glass medium format mounts should be available to order from any camera store. Gepe glass 2x2" mounts for Minox through Super Slide are no longer made.

No, I'm in Canada. But I've ordered directly from Gepe before. But I've got a bad feeling about the future availability of 6x7 mounts:

I suppose I should at least email them to find out if they ever intend on making them again.

Thanks Dan. Yup, I was thinking about that. Scan first, then cut and mount. Not ideal, but...
