Just received a Beseler Enlarger MX45. I need an owners manual. Help!

I just was given a Beseler MX45 Enlarger and it did not come with a manual. At the present time I will only be developing medium format film but will possibly gravitate to 4x5 in the future. I'm looking forward to learning from this group.
