Hello,
I recently obtained a scanner unit (Screen Cezanne FT-S 5500) from a prepress-house. I am now looking for the suitable software as the company itself already threw away the cds and even will not hand the computer over (on which the software itself is still being installed) due to privacy reasons.
If there is any possibility to get to know the serialnumber, could you please give me some help on how to find this out on the installed computer itself and even where to get a copy of the software?
As an alternative, I am looking for the latest version for OS 10. Screen does not answer to my request (as far as I know Screen does not sell this software any longer), so is there any way to obtain any version for OS 10 (although this is even a question of cost)…
For any kind of help I would be very gratfull.
