I am not seeing the For Sale/Wanted thread after logging in and being confirmed as having logged in.

Any help on this or has the thread been closed?

It's not a thread. It's a sub-forum, which contains thousands of threads.

It's still there. Click on Today's Posts in the header of any page to bring up recent posts.

Scroll down until you see the For Sale/Wanted forum listed on the right.

Drew,
Another option is to hit Forum near the top of any page, then scroll down until you see some red font and you'll see it. You should see more than just today's posts.

New here, no for sale/wanted anywhere, even on past posts. Cannot reply except quick reply. Tried jac@stafford link and it told me I don't have permission, or my account may be awaiting activation. How long til I'm active?

There is a 30 day waiting period before new members can access the classified section. Be patient and welcome aboard.

Resolved. Excruciatingly slower browser reaction. I need patience!

Thanks for the reply, looks like a big active forum for me to explore!
