I have a wista 6x9 roll film holder that I tried using for the first time yesterday (bought some months ago from a well known auction site), as I've finally got an international back for my Wista field camera, and surprise, surprise, it doesn't work properly.
When I put film in, the counter doesn't zero, and the film advance doesn't stop. Close inspection show the screws have been removed from the top.
Is there anywhere in Europe that repairs wista roll film backs, or is it too expensive?
If I take the top of myself, is it a fairly simple mechanism, or will bits fly everywhere never to be seen again?
